Barrel creations

I became interested in wine/whiskey barrel furniture years ago. An opportunity came up to purchase a barrel from Revolver Brewing in Granbury, TX and I decided to give it a try. I made an Adirondack chair for myself, posted it online to brag, and within 15 minutes it was sold. I still haven't made another one for myself but I've made lots for others. In addition, the barrels make great tables and other accessories.

The following are examples of the barrel chairs I have made. I have used tequila, wine, and bourbon barrels. They can vary in size but construction is the same and, if a barrel has wide enough staves, I can make a rocker!

This simple bottle rack can also be used as a towel rack.

Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel cabinet with ash table top - The top has a window to view the markings on the barrel head. The customer supplied the barrel from a barrel pick he did at Buffalo Trace Distillery and the ash came from a tree that was taken down in his yard.
